Presidential Weekly Service - $2350

Spring Opening 2, 15 Weekly Visits (additional weeks can be added), Winterization and 2 Winter Inspections. This is our most complete, turn-key package, and keeps the homeowner free from responsibility for the pool.

Judicial Bi-Weekly - $1725

This is a collaborative, bi-partisan effort between Potomac Pools and the pool owner. It includes Spring Opening 2, 8 bi-weekly visits, Winterization and 1 Winter Inspection.

Congressional Open/Close- $725 (May is currently full)

This includes our Spring Open 2 and Winterization.

Heater Inspection/Initial Ignition
(Required for all pools with gas-fired heaters to ensure safe and efficient operation). If a return trip is required to actually start heater, a second trip charge of $45.00 will apply. It is recommended that you have all natural gas turned on and, where applicable, propane tanks filled to avoid second trip charges.

Water Bag Cover Removal - $125
Water bag covers that require water and debris removal will necessitate this additional charge. Clean water bag covers do not require an additional charge.

Bi-Weekly Chem Kit - $275-$375
As bi-weekly service is colloborative, some chemicals will be need to be supplied by the homeowner. If you do not have the appropriate chemicals onsite we can bring them on the first visit. Costs vary depending on size of pool and type of filter.

Congressional Chem Kit - $360-420
After we have shocked the pool at opening, all summer chemicals will be need to be supplied by the homeowner. If you do not have the appropriate chemicals onsite we can bring them on the first visit. Costs vary depending on size of pool and type of filter.

	Invoices will be mailed to you for your review, however, because your card is on file with us you do not need to respond or send payment. When the invoice becomes 10 days past due we will automatically run the balance for you, to keep your account current.
	* A credit card on file is required to secure all package-level accounts. Clients who choose to pay by check may do so by paying invoices within 10 days of their due date. Invoices that become more than 10 days past due will be brought current via the credit card on file.
	*A deposit invoice of 20% will be sent to you promptly. An additional 40% payment must be made to us by/at Spring Opening, with the final 40% due by/at Winterization. If payment is not made available to us we will not be able to perform the service.
